AI Educate focuses on implementation, not one-off workshops. Our 'Change Management' process is built on a whole of school approach to empowering all teachers in AI usage as a professional service provider. Our approach supports schools to embed curriculum, General Capabilities and integrated planning through practical, and sustainable methods.

Collegial Teams
Small teams of teachers, often supported by a school leader, engage in shared learning and collaborative planning. This builds consistency and supports sustainable practice across the school.
School-Based Coach
Schools may nominate a staff member to provide support as an AI Educate Coach. The nominated person would receive training and access to the full resource inventory, enabling them to provide ongoing, in-school professional support to colleagues.
Curriculum Exemplars
High-quality exemplars allow teachers to implement immediately. Once the structures are understood, teachers can adapt and create similar learning experiences with confidence.
Online Professional Learning
Professional learning traditionally delivered through workshops is accessed online, providing flexible access.
